Roy B. Hull has been in the Dingmans Ferry-Milford area all of his life. A graduate of Patterson State College, Roy began his Real Estate career in 1981 and opened the CENTURY 21 Roy B. Hull Dingmans Ferry office in 1987. As a valued member of the community, Roy was a Wildlife Conservation Officer for 21 years, founder of the annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner for area residents, past President and current member of the CENTURY 21 Northeast Brokers Council, Chairperson of the Pike/Wayne Board of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, and an active member of his church. Ed Raarup, Assoc. Broker & Owner
After living in NYC for 12 years, Ed Raarup moved to Milford , PA and has now been a full-time resident in this beautiful region for over 10 years. Having started his real estate career in 2001 with CENTURY 21 Roy B. Hull, Ed was top sales agent for the company his first year and has since become a Co-Owner and Associate Broker. In 2004, Ed was top sales agent for the entire Northeast Pennsylvania CENTURY 21® Region. Sandy Soesman
Sandy Soesman grew up in Lake Hiawatha , NJ and moved to Pike County in 1991 when her family bought property and built a home. Sandy earned her real estate license in 1997 and has not had any time to look back since. She has raised two wonderful children (22 year old twins) who have been very supportive of her career. Kathy Mauro, originally from Queens, NY , moved to PA in 1987. After raising two sons, she returned to the work force and took an office position with CENTURY 21 Roy B. Hull . Kathy acquired her real estate license in 1998 and has since achieved great success. Cindy Coston moved to Milford in 1984 from NJ with her husband and knew immediately she would stay here to raise her 2 wonderful children. Sally Heiblim has lived in the Pike County Area since 1969. A former craftsperson at Peters Valley Crafts Village in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, she moved to PA and became involved in this beautiful area. Sally & her husband started and operated a few businesses in the area, most notably, Whispering Pines Nursery. Sally joined the real estate business in 1983 and has extensive real estate experience - from new home construction to subdividing and marketing tracts of land.
